Spiciest Chicken Wing & Thai Food

spiciest chicken wing can be found at Sunset @ Seletar Air Base area. Its pretty ulu and on the day we went, the street lamp posts died & it was dark, creepy on top of ulu.

it has a nice, relaxed vibes. :) Sunset is famous for its level 30- spicy chicken wings. No, we didnt order that. We went with 5th level since it was my first time there... have to test water!

It doesnt look very appertising huh?
Benearth the deeply marinated chicken wings, you can still taste the crispiness of the chicken skin if your tongue isnt numb by the spiciness yet.

& my main course: pan fried fish. Good!! crispy, fresh and sweet ; just the way good pan fried fish should be. I like the fries too. You can taste the original taste of potatoe.

The portion is quite good... though it feel its slightly expensive ($15?) since it was in a kopitiam setting complete with mosquitoes?! But, its unique and .... ok, i will pay for it :)

On saturday night, we went for thai food (finally for a change!) opposite Sembawang Shopping Cenre. Think the restaurant name is Sawadee Authentic Thai Food restaurant or something as orginal as that. heh. It is a true family's restaurant- we were the only table-of-2 there.

Anyway, we went to this place cause I had craving for pineapple fried rice. & i wasnt disappointed. The unfanciful looking dish tasted better than it looks. the floss went really well with the rice; tho the shrimps can be sweeter.
Isnt thai tom yam supposed to be reddish in color? This is the first clear tom yam soup which I can remember. It looks like chicken soup but it still packed the tom yum zing!
Can you imagine that the 2 of us ordered this big fish on top of rice & egg & soup? BF finished everything cause I made it clear I cant stomach so much fish.
I probably will go there again!
