today i was seriously quite pissed off and feeling even more incredulous at the turn of event.
person A says we cant move on with THIS creative visual. we should do something OPPOSITE. now the thing with creative visual is such that it is bloody subjective. its not a maths/science arena whereby everything is black n white.
the incredulous thing is person A decides that we will move on with THIS creative visual, after degrading comments abt it, and after we spend one and a half months working on the opposite with her comments in mind.
creative visuals are highly subjective simply due to the ancient saying that Beauty is in the eye of the stupid beholder. n what is the use of askin the people in the office to take a vote- they are not anywhere near being near the representative sample groups.
putting myself in person A's shoes, i can just imagine that she feels she has hired a bunch of inadequate people who dont excel in their chosen field of specialty. yah, well. eh, maybe thats becoz u get monkeys for paying peanuts. but thats beside the point. everyone who is hired nowadays is hired to produce $100 worth of value with payment of $10.
i dont have the midas touch. i admit defeat and admit that i am inside the box.
really what is so bad with inside the box. esp when the box doesnt have a leaking roof. n also, who decides who is outside n who is inside. who decides who has good creative and who has lousy creative.

finally someone gimme a call after me sending the 20th resume. n i told the person i cant take leave n reading in between the lines translate to : I am unwilling to fake a MC for the interview. haix.
